These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website https://leazo.in operated by LEAZO ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

- Sony PlayStation 5 console

- Selected PS5 game
- Accessories (HDMI, etc.)
- Projector (coming soon)

Note:
- Standard pricing includes only the PS5 console, one controller, and one selected game (disc or digital).
- Extra charges apply for projector, projection screen, additional games and accessories, etc.
3. Rental Pricing
- These prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The above pricing includes only the PS5 console, one controller, and one selected game.
- Extra controller, accessories or extra games will incur extra charges.
4. Booking & Payment
- Bookings must be made via the official website leazo.in.
- Confirmation is sent via WhatsApp or call post-submission.
- Full payment is mandatory before or at the time of delivery, as per our discretion.
- Rentals will not be handed over without confirmed payment.
5. ID Verification & Agreement
- Only Aadhaar Card (front and back) is accepted for identity verification, Aadhar Card soft copy/photo needed.
- Customer must match the Aadhaar name and face in person during delivery for security.
- At the time of delivery, customers must fill and sign a rental agreement form.
6. Deposit Policy
- No deposit is required in most cases.
- In special or high-risk cases, a deposit may be requested, depending on the rental profile.
7. Rental Timing & Rules
- Hourly Rental: On selected date any number of hours between 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Daily Rental: From selected date morning 11:00 AM to Evening 8:00 PM
- Night Rental: From selected date night 9:00 PM to next day morning 10:00 AM
LEAZO Hub operates daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
8. Late Return Policy
- 15-minute grace period allowed after your booked rental time.
- If more time is needed, the customer must request in advance. If approved, normal charges apply.
- We may refuse any extension, even if requested.
- Unapproved late returns will incur: ₹199/hour + ₹500 penalty
- Charges apply even if excuses are given or contact is avoided.
- If the rented items are not returned within 10 hours after the agreed rental period ends, and no prior communication or no extension request has been made or the request is not approved, LEAZO reserves the right to consider the action as theft. In such cases, we may initiate legal action and involve local authorities. Additional late return charges and penalties may also apply.
- Legal action will be taken for non-payment.
9.Delivery, Installation & Pick up
- Default method is door-step delivery, installation and pick up by LEAZO.
- Pick Up is only available on special request and subject to:
- Location feasibility
- LEAZO’s approval
- All delivery times provided are estimates only. While we strive to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
10. Payment Methods
- Accepted: Cash and UPI only
- Full payment is mandatory at booking confirmation or delivery.
- Rental will not be issued without successful payment.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellation and refunds, will be handled as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
12. Damage, Liability & Customer Conduct
- Customer is fully liable for any damage, loss, or malfunction of the PS5 console, controller, or accessories from the time of handover until the items are returned and a full check is completed.
- LEAZO will demonstrate PS5 functionality before installation.
- Condition and functionality are rechecked upon return in the customer's presence.
- Photos/videos may be recorded for documentation. Customer consents to this.
- Strictly prohibited: logging into personal accounts, modifying settings, using external devices, or tampering.
- If any physical damage, internal faults, or tampering is found or terms are violated:
- Customer must pay for repairs or replacement immediately
- LEAZO reserves the right to recover the full cost of repair or replacement
- LEAZO has the right to terminate the rental
- Refusal to cooperate or failure to pay for damages may result in legal action without further notice
- The customer may be blacklisted from future rentals
13. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information, including ID and contact details, will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.
14. Website Use
- All content on leazo.in is the property of LEAZO or its licensors.
- Do not use bots or submit false bookings — violations are prohibited.
15. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated anytime. The most current version is always available on leazo.in.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve amicably. Failing that, the matter shall be subject to Mandsaur jurisdiction.
