At Leazo, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our customers. We understand that plans can change, so we have designed this policy to clarify how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Cancellation Policy
- If a booking is cancelled within 30 minutes of confirmation, any applicable payment will be fully refunded.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made after 30 minutes of booking confirmation.
- This policy applies to all bookings made through Leazo’s platform, website, or authorized partners.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are issued only for cancellations made within the allowed 30-minute window.
- Bookings cancelled due to service unavailability or operational issues on Leazo’s side are eligible for a full refund regardless of the cancellation time.
- Refund eligibility will be confirmed by Leazo’s support team before processing.
3. Refund Process & Timelines
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be issued via UPI or the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Special Conditions & Exceptions
- If a booking is cancelled by Leazo for operational or technical reasons, you may choose between a full refund or a free rescheduling of the booking.
- Leazo is not responsible for refund delays caused by banks, UPI providers, or third-party payment processors.
- This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws.
5. Policy Updates
- Leazo reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
- The most recent version of this policy will always be available on Leazo’s website.
